2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

You understand that you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to the IRS or other tax authorities.

3. Refund Advances & Incentives

Refund advances and incentives are not guaranteed and are subject to:

• Lender approval
• IRS acceptance of your tax return
• Eligibility requirements

NTS Tax Solutions does not control approval decisions made by third-party financial institutions.

4. Referral Program

Participation in our referral program is voluntary and subject to the following:

• Referral incentives are paid only after the referred client’s tax return is successfully filed
• Incentives may change or end at any time
• Abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation may result in disqualification

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program without notice.

5. No Legal or Financial Advice

NTS Tax Solutions provides tax preparation services only. We do not provide legal, investment, or financial planning advice. You are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

6. Data Security & Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and protected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTS Tax Solutions shall not be liable for:

• IRS penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information
• Delays caused by third parties (IRS, lenders, banks, etc.)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
